The following terms and conditions apply:
The products are delivered all over the world.
Shipping costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product value).
Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.
We offer free shipping over a certain value of goods.
Usually we already offer free shipping from an order quantity of at least 2 items.
Delivery times
In the case of personalized items, the ordered items are specially made according to the customer's requirements. Therefore, shipping times may vary slightly depending on workload and order volume. The production time is about 2-4 days, depending on the order volume. After production, the quality of the finished articles will be checked, which can take up to 1-2 days. After the quality check, the goods will be shipped. Depending on the place of delivery, the shipping time is about 2-6 days.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
