We have made the ordering process as simple as possible for you. In this short guide, we would like to explain in more detail how to complete an order in our store. In this short guide we would like to explain how easy you can personalize your product and place an order in our store.

Step 1 - Choose product

  • First, choose a product from our product range.
  • We have in our store a variety of different products and our product range is constantly growing.
  • Use our navigation to find the right product category.

Step 2 - Personalize product

  • After you have selected your preferred product, you can now customize the product according to your wishes.
  • Each product offers different design options and you can see in the live preview 1 to 1 how your finished product will look like.
  • Once you have customized your product, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking the add to cart button.
  • Now you can add more products to your cart or continue with step 3.
    (Tip: As soon as you order at least two products, you will get free shipping - We'll cover it for you!)

Step 3 - Order product

  • Now go to your shopping cart. the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner will take you there.
  • Once you have opened your shopping cart, click on the button "Checkout" to start your order process.
  • Now enter your name, as well as your shipping address and click on "Continue".
  • Now select your shipping method and click on "Continue".
  • Next, select your preferred payment method and complete your order.

Step 4 - Now it's our turn!

  • After we receive your order, our team will start to produce it.
  • First, your created design will be converted into a high quality print file.
  • Then the print file is forwarded to our production team. There your item will be produced in a high quality and multi-layer printing process.
  • To make sure you will be satisfied with your order, your produced item will get a final quality check.
  • Finally, your order will be packed and shipped.

Problems while ordering?

  • The page does not work properly.
    In rare cases, our site may not work properly on some devices/smartphones. In this case, it is best to use your computer/laptop, or another smartphone. You are also welcome to contact us so that we can assist you.
  • My photo will not upload or display.
    Some of our products offer the possibility to upload a photo.
    If you have problems uploading, please try it with another device (other smartphone, PC, laptop, Mac, etc.).
    It is also possible that your image file is too large or the file format is not accepted. In this case, reduce the file size and save the file as JPG or PNG.
