We have made the ordering process as simple as possible for you.

First select your preferred product in our store. On the product page you can personalize your product according to your preferences and create a unique one-of-a-kind.

When you are done with your personalization, click on "Add to cart".

Your customized product is now in your shopping cart. If you want to add more products to your cart, you can repeat this step as often as you like.

To complete your order successfully, open your shopping cart (top right) and click on "Checkout". Now follow the steps in the ordering process to successfully place your order.

If you are having technical problems, we can recommend that you try a different PC/laptop/smartphone in the meantime.

In very rare cases, our site may not work properly on some devices/smartphones. In this case, it is best to use your computer/laptop, or another smartphone.

We offer a variety of different payment methods.

These include PayPal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, bank transfer and many more.

All possible payment options are displayed at the end of the order process.

Of course, all data will be transmitted securely and encrypted. In addition, your payment information will NOT be stored by us, and will be used only for the ordering process.

After completing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation from our system via email. If you can't find your order confirmation, please also check your spam folder.

How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are $3.90. But if you order at least 2 items, we offer free shipping.

Or in other words: As soon as you order more than 1 product, we will cover the shipping costs for you :)

In the case of personalized items, the ordered items are specially made according to the customer's requirements. Therefore, shipping times may vary slightly depending on workload and order volume. The production time is about 2-5 days, depending on the order volume. After production, the quality of the finished articles will be checked, which can take up to 1-2 days. After the quality check, the goods will be shipped. Depending on the place of delivery, the shipping time is about 2-6 days.
